Coralline Cluster
Despite the name, coralline is a macroalgae. This species is rigid, and calcified. Coralline is classified as a red macroalgae, this species is considered a branching form of coralline, and is different than the encrusting species of coralline typically found in aquaria.
This product is for one cluster of coralline algae, approximately 4 cubic inches. It requires calcium and bright lighting. It can spread throughout your tank under ideal conditions but is unlikely to become a nuisance. It is very slow growing. On arrival it is common for the algae to appear pale, especially if shipped via Priority Mail. Please allow it some time to revert to a pink or purple coloration.
