Sometimes our spam software is overactive if it senses you have moved through a portion of the website too fast and it will falsely flag you as a bot. If this happens to you, email us and we can whitelist your account so it doesn't happen again.

• Do you take Paypal? Yes.
• Do you take Credit Card? Yes.
• Do you accept E-Check? Yes, via paypal, you do not need an account to send it. You will see the link on the paypal page when you are redirected to them.

Our website changed in December of 2019. Because of encryption issues, we couldn't move passwords and accounts created between September 2019 and December 2019 were deleted. You can create a new account during checkout. If login problems persist let us know, and you can bypass login by checking out as a guest.

1. A 7 digit plus 4 zip code was used. It causes an error when it is security checked by our software. Please use only 7 digit zip codes. 
2. The billing address is incorrect, or improperly formatted. Try to enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. 
3. The credit card info, or 3 digit code was entered incorrectly.

The tank must be cycled, and there should be some algae present for them to enjoy. Nitrates should be under 40ppm, and lower for certain inhabitants. Chitons and limpets for example should have nitrates under 10ppm consistently, as they become stressed when nitrates climb to 20ppm or greater.

Our current rates are $14.50 for Priority Mail, and $44.50 for UPS or Express Mail. These are flat rates and will not change depending on zip code or how much you order, unless the order qualifies for free shipping as outlined below. 

Priority Mail is a 2-3 day service. There is a $25 minimum order for Priority Mail orders.

There is a $50 minimum order on Express Mail orders. Express Mail is usually overnight, but takes 2 days to some areas. You can check how fast Express Mail is to your area here. (We ship from 34986, but you MUST change the date to the next shipping date to get an accurate result). UPS is scheduled to arrive overnight.

UPS is not available for Puerto Rico.

 Free Priority Mail -

If your order is over $65 after discounts are applied you can enjoy free Priority Mail shipping. Not all items can be shipped with Priority Mail though.

Any item marked with a * should be shipped with UPS or Express Mail, and cannot ship with free Priority Mail. Rock purchases do not count towards this threshold.

Quick Crews-

Quick Crews are our bundled clean up crew packages that ship free. They come with Priority Mail or Express Mail service, depending on their requirements. The free shipping service that comes with that particular Quick Crew will be mentioned in the product description, as well as the package chart here. You may add any items with your quick crew order and retain free shipping as long as those items are compatible with the quick crew shipping. Items with a * next to their name require Express Mail, and do not qualify for free Priority Mail. 

Rock-

Rock orders ship free with Fedex Ground.

What is Safe to Send With Priority Day Service? Items that do not have a star next to their name can be shipped with Priority Mail. Items marked with stars require UPS or Express Mail.

Because Priority Mail is a 2-3 day service and the post office is closed on Sunday, we ship Priority Mail Mon-Wed, only UPS and Express Mail and rock orders can ship on Thursday.

Florida
